NOVA Fire & Ice successfully completed a 14,890 square foot tenant build-out with DFS for US News & World Report. This project included the installation of over 3,500 lbs of low and medium pressure duct work, as well as high-end registers, diffusers, and grilles across various ceiling types, including ACT, specialty, and open ceilings. Additionally, we installed a 1.5 Ton Liebert Computer Room Air-Conditioning Unit to serve their critical IT equipment.

Our team collaborated seamlessly with other trades to ensure the project was completed on schedule. The general contractor was extremely pleased with the results, receiving high praise from both the ownership and construction management teams, who expressed their eagerness to work with us again.
